Build your catalog

Your catalog is your register buttons AND your online menu in one. Ten minutes of setup, plus the naming and photo habits that make it sell.

Before you start: Your list of sellable things with prices decided (roughly is fine, prices edit in seconds later), and photos of your bestsellers if you have them.

One catalog, every surface

Whatever you add here becomes a tappable button on your register, a card on your public page, and a listing in the marketplace, one edit, everywhere at once. This is also why finishing the catalog is step two of everything: the register can't ring, and the online store can't sell, what doesn't exist.

Add your first items

  1. On the business side, open Items & Catalog, it's the "Manage products and pricing" hub.

  2. In Manage Items, tap Add Item.

  3. Name, price, photo, category. Save. That's an item, repeat for your core lineup.

Start with the ten things you actually sell weekly, not the sixty things you could theoretically make. A tight catalog reads confident; a swollen one reads like a diner menu with dust on page four.

Names and photos that sell

Categories keep the register fast

Group items the way your hands work at the counter, Drinks, Bakes, Add-ons, because categories are how you'll FIND buttons mid-rush. The same grouping organizes your online menu, so a sensible register is automatically a browsable shop.

Register-only vs online

Every item can also be visible online or kept register-only. New items are visible online by default, right for almost everything. Flip one off when it genuinely can't be ordered remotely (a dine-in-only special, a service priced person-by-person).
